  • Hardware and software integrity testing prior to delivery
  • Verification of hardware and software performance following installation
  • Onsite support to familiarize users with hardware and software.
  • 30-day warranty period and general help desk support
  • Maintenance/Repair and long term Help Desk contracts available
  • Guaranteed availability of replacement parts as well as technical information required for repair of products sold for at least three years from the date of a product’s installation.
