DataVise Information Technology Services, Inc. is a SDVOB, HUB, CISV, and current Department of Information Resources (DIR) Approved Vendor. We are currently seeking Information Technology HUB Vendors for subcontracting opportunities with DIR to provide Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract Personnel for current requirements and for a potential additional period of two years beginning September 1, 2006 through August 31, 2008. There is the potential for an additional one year extension of this contract.

DataVise Information Technology Services, Inc. has been doing business with the State of Texas since 1995. We currently engage in partnering activities with a number of subcontractors. We are seeking additional partners at this time.

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of contractual work includes the following Categories and Contract
Positions:

Applications Developer Analyst, Developer, Software Test Analyst, Technical
Writer, Business Analyst, System Analyst

Data Management Database Architect, Data Warehouse Architect, Database
Administrator
Project Management Project Manager, Project Lead
Telecom / Networking Network Engineer, Network Administrator
Customer Technical Support Help Desk, Technical Support

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Subcontractors shall maintain insurance of the types and amounts shown below, in one or multiple policies, for the duration of the contract.

1) Standard Workers' Compensation Insurance
2) Comprehensive General Liability Coverage, $500,000 for each single
occurrence for bodily injury or death and $100,000 for each single occurrence for injury to or destruction of property
3) Automobile, Owned and hired, $500,000 for each single occurrence
for bodily injury or death and $100,000 for each single occurrence for injury to or destruction of property.

DataVise Information Technology Services, Inc. shall be included as an Additional Insured by Endorsement to policies issued for coverage listed above.
