Accounting and Billing

• DataVise has established financial procedures that utilize an automated accounting system that integrates directly into the project accounting processes. We have established checks and balances to insure absolute accountability and accuracy, guaranteeing proper billing and full disclosure of project accounts for customer tracking. We employ accountants experienced in commercial and government accounting procedures. Our systems comply with the guidelines prescribed by the Defense Contracting Audit Agency. With carefully controlled overhead and G&A costs, DataVise can assure that the vast majority of the customer funds are concentrated on program accomplishments.
